| 1 | lb | beef, ground |
| 1 | medium | onions, chopped |
| 1 | cloves | garlic, minced |
| 8 | oz | cheese, mozzarella, shredded |
| 0.25 | cup | cheese, parmesan |
| 1.5 | cup | cottage cheese |
| 1 | 28 oz. can | Ragu, chunky, Gardenstyle Spaghetti Sauce with Tomato , Garlic and Onion |
| 1.5 | Tb | parsley, flat leaf, chopped |
| 1 | tsp | basil, fresh chopped |
| 1 | pinch | salt and pepper to taste |

Break lasagna noodles in pieces and cook according to the label. Brown the ground beef, onion and garlic; drain excess fat. Place all ingredients in a crockpot and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

| 1 | small | celery ribs |
| 3 | Tb | cheese, Romano, grated |
| 0.125 | cup | olives, green |
| 3 | Tb | oil, olive |
| 0.5 | tsp | oregano, dried |
| 3 | Tb | vinegar, red wine |
| 1 | tsp | garlic powder |
| 1 | pinch | salt and pepper to taste |

Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces; including romano cheese. Place in a large bowl. Add olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder and oregano and mix. Add grated romano and mix again. Serve
