Pizza Casserole

| 2 | 15 oz can | sauce, pizza |
| 1 | 10.5 oz can | soup, cheese |
| 1 | small | mushroom, canned |
| 2 | cup | cheese, mozzarella |
| 12 | oz | pasta, mafalda |

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown and drain ground beef. Cook and drain mafalda pasta according to package directions. Mix drained pasta with pizza sauce, soup, beef, and mushrooms.
Spray 9 by 13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Put mixture in and bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and top with shredded mozzarella. Bake for about 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
Hint: If you like you may add minced onions to the beef while browning

| 3 | Tb | cheese, Romano, grated |
| 0.125 | cup | olives, green |
| 3 | Tb | oil, olive |
| 0.5 | tsp | oregano, dried |
| 3 | Tb | vinegar, red wine |
| 1 | tsp | garlic powder |
| 1 | pinch | salt and pepper to taste |

Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces; including romano cheese. Place in a large bowl. Add olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder and oregano and mix. Add grated romano and mix again. Serve

Soften vanilla ice cream. Place cookie topside down on counter, place a large scoop of ice cream on top of cookie, and cover with the bottom side down of another cookie. Place in plastic sandwich bag and freeze until hard.
